Vanessa Rudnick
​Founder

Vanessa brings over a decade of experience analysing and structuring supply chain and operational systems across manufacturing, retail, wholesale, and distribution environments.

With a background in Architecture, a Master’s in Supply Chain Innovation, a Graduate Certificate in Business Management (Supply Chain), and Prosci Change Practitioner certification, she combines systems thinking with practical operational experience to diagnose structural gaps and design processes, governance, and system alignment that support reliable performance.

Her architectural training shapes a systems-based approach to operations — focusing on how structure, processes, and systems interact to support clarity, stability, and operational performance.
